    Classic's Mosin sniper

What do you think? $550. Then shipping, sales tax, transfer fee and DROS. That would be about $765 otd. "This is the last batch according to the importer" is something I've heard before. But they will eventually dry up. So is now the time? Is this a reasonably good source and deal? Thanks everyone.

You'll kick yourself when they really do dry up. If you can afford it, buy it. The value will only go up in the long run

This gun is the reason I got my 03+COE. Glad I got it. Both of them.

Like some other members have posted, the PU sniper is one of the most affordable milsurp snipers out there and I do agree. My first one is in jail for 6 more days and it looks great from initial inspection. I want to buy a second one really bad.

Buy two, even if you can't afford it. This is the second best C&R deal in the world, after the CMP.

Here's some so-so pictures I took of the M91/30 PU I received from Classic a couple of days ago. The rifle looks great, my scope came with caps even though the website clearly states that it will not. It will help push you over the edge! I got a 03FFL + COE to get some Garands but saw this and jumped all over it as well!

Bought this one a year ago and it's good. They are heavily refurbed molot rifles that no one seems to definitively know when they where actually refurbed. The scopes are original PU and match the rifle, but the number on the rifle is scrubed and restamped. Barrels are prestine and might have been replaced at the last refurb.

Rifle is pretty rough and gouged up but it cleans up well, and it's worth having at the $550 price. They lied many times about how many are left, but you know it's going to run out at some point.

Buy with confidence. i bought one in October 2013. What i received was a 1944 Izhevsk PU Sniper, with a 1940 Progress (factory of scope) SVT-40 Scope on mine. Scope matches the barrel, isnt crossed out and restamped. bore is a 10/10 with no frost or any pitting whatsoever. All matching except for the magazine, exterior wood condition is maybe a 8-8.5, Metal condition is a 9.5/10 usual wear and tear on the wood, which you come to expect with a Mosin. I bought it when it was "supposedly" the last back from Ukraine (they havent changed the listing since i bought) but nevertheless i am really happy with it. bolt and trigger have both been smoothened up to be really nice. its Dead on at approximately ~350 yards. (was zeroed out of the box) the knobs on the scope were caked in cosmoline, but were VERY well preserved! Buy one before they disappear! Nobody will want to spend $1500 on one at a gunshow 15 years down the road, and theyll say HEY! i can remember when these were $599!
