    #3 looks like the stock cartouche for the Remington contract M91 Mosin-Nagants for the Russian Imperial government during WW1.

    I'm going to guess 5 and 6 are Mausers of some kind.

                I think #1 is an Italian Vetterli stock cartouche.

                            My list is like Emdawg's but I'm going to disagree on #5, it's is a M1908 Brazilian, I only know because I have one. People usually think the star is Israeli, but it's a Brazilian thing that is not related to the star of David.
