          All rifles before 1899 inc military issued bolt action style ? or just shotguns,22's black powder ect?

            Anything antique is not considered a firearm by the ATF. Cash carry FTF all day with those

                        WEST 1157, you are mixing up the National Firearms Act definition of antique with the Gun Control Act definition of antique.

                          Yes, they are considered antiques and can be shipped to your door or purchased FTF. No FFL required.
