OK ... I am talking hand guns mfr'd before the SUPER DUPER MAGIC date of 1899.

I suppose there are NO California laws that regulate the transfers of these?

Honestly ... I tried the Calguns CGN Google Search ... and really did not come up with anything.

Antique handguns are antiques, and therefore subject to the rules that apply to antique guns.

Both California and federal law allow the transfer of antique handguns without going through an FFL. A couple of restictions that California adds are no transfers to prohibited persons and no transfers to people under the age of 18.
