    First C&R Guns

I finally exercised my C&R license last week. Picked up two Tokerevs from J&G gun sales and also picked up a FN 1900 on Gunbroker. Really happy with all the guns, they have all been shot and proven at the range - have to have shooters. The COE really helped, only took about 4 weeks to get.

Now that I have the guns, do I need to keep a record of the purchase? Is there anything else that I need to do? I see a Personal Firearms Record sheet with my C&R package, do I just fill this out and keep? Is there anything that I need to turn in or mail off?

You should read the documentation that was sent with your C&R. It explains all of the requirements. To answer your question, yes you must keep a bound book with information about your purchases.

Forgot to add, if you had a gun shipped to you, you need to fill out a BOF961 form and send it in. If you picked up a gun out of state, you need to fill out a BOF4100A.

Yes, you need to keep records. Check out the stickies in this forum.

Congrats on your new C&R guns!
