(Actually I picked up the mail on Sunday, forgot to check on Sat)
Not bad (for CA) turn around time:
*Mailed (Certified from Oakland) on: Sept 24th
(I work in Oakland - Live in Union City)
*Was rec'd (in Sacramento) on: Sept 25
*COE was mailed out: October 31st
*Was delivered (to me) on Nov 1st
BTW - I already have my C&R license, (renewed last month) so I'm GTG!
Unfortunately my gun-fund is low so any thoughts of acquiring any more guns will have to wait a bit.
