where do I find a CZ-52 in the Bay Area

Just checked the list. There are no 7.62x25mm guns on it.
Therefore the CZ 52 isn't there.

On second thought I did spot a 7.62x25mm Chinese Tokarev at Kerley's, I recall them having a CZ 52 a few weeks ago but it might be gone already.

You're absolutely right, it is not on the list. Of course, since it's a C&R it is exempt from that list.... just as single-action revolvers are, as well as LEO purchases.

Maybe the OP's luck isn't so tough after all!
