COE & Live Scan

I don't like it but I have no other choice. I made the decision to get my COE so I can use my 03 FFL. A couple of questions. Where do I find the application for the COE and can I use a live scan I had done several years ago for a state security license? Thanks, Steve

Speaking of blood letting, what is the cheapest place to get a Live Scan. I live in the east bay in the Walnut Creek area. Thanks, Steve

I don't enjoy livescan. UPS will usually do it. I've had to do it twice now just to get an EMT job. As if my finger prints have changed within a week.
