Current DOJ COE application turn around times

As I wait, a thing I have searched for was current COE application turn around times from DOJ, information available is a little put dated, maybe keep this thread running for subsequent 03s that have just sent away for their COE.

Did you get your COE in the last 60 days? How long from live scan to arrival in the mail of your COE?

I have a buddy waiting on his COE number right now. The woman at DOJ told him it would be a solid 6-8 weeks. Apparently the two people who process you for COE are also the two who do CCW.

Just sent mine off. I got it back in three weeks.

But im special, the DOJ likes me. I gotta name that isn't easily confused either. Im the only one Ive ever met.

I sent in my application for both FFL03 and COE around 10/1. Got my FFL today and still waiting on COE.

Both submitted 9/10 and i was charged the $30 within a couple days.

I dont want to be pushy.. I called a week ago and got someone whose accent i couldnt understand.

COE will only get you out of the 1 in 30 for C&R handguns. You're still 1 in 30 on other handguns.
