    New requirement for C&R?!

I am trying to purchase Star pistol from j&g in Arizona, as you all know it's c&r, so I am calling oak tree for the FFL to be send to j&g and guess what, they're telling me that on top of cr and 03 I need to have a business license, they don't want to do the transfer?!
Is this a new law now. Or they just bull... me, because they don't want to deal with C&r anymore
Is there another FFL within reasonable distance from Santa Clarita who will do this?

    Isn't the point of C&R that you aren't a business/dealer?

I haven't gotten any mail from ATF telling me about any changes.

There is no new law/regulation requiring this.

It is the policy of the CA FFL dealer, you are using.

Use a different CA FFL dealer.

Call Fort Courage Armory in Simi Valley, (805)526-6563. Good folks, they handled my SKS PPT. And they're members here.

I agree, another arbitrary infringement by a dealer who has already proven that they are anti gun. Find a good dealer, give them the business.

I don't see why anyone supports oak tree anymore, after their smart gun BS.
