I found this pic while gathering new content for the Girls with (C&R) Guns. It's a boy, not a girl, but the caption said:

What type of handgun is this? A Webley?

That is a pretty old photo, I recall seeing it before, perhaps in a '60's guns or other mag article about kyber pass guns --

Looks like a Webley MkIV.455. Probably a hand built copy.
