ordering CMP M1 Garand, FFL ?

though CMP site don't say California needs to be shipped to FFL (they do say that for NY, NJ and CT). I remember vaguely it has to come to FFL for California.

1. does FFL still need to DROS ?
2. still 10 days waiting ?
3. FFL still charge whatever for transfer ?
4. how do I handle FFL info ? how does my FFL gets his info to CMP ?

Have you FFL send his/her copy to CMP, add your name as reference..
