COE question

I am going to do my live scan hopefully today. I went this morning but their computer was down.
Anyways. From my understanding of the instructions I just mail the application to the DOJ and I don't have to send them a payment, is that correct?

I mailed off my C&R today. I'm about 4 years late on that train lol

The live scan service will collect the money from you, no need to send payment.

You do not need to send any payment to the CADOJ when you send in your COE application. The Livescan operator will fill all the legal fields for you. Your COE application needs the Livescan number before you send it in.

The $22 fee for the COE is for renewal only. All the 1st time COE stuff is covered by the fees you paid for the Livescan.
