Good source of 7.5 Swiss/GP11 that'll ship to Oakland?

Hey there CGN, looking for GP11 for my sweet new un-issued K31 and I'm having a difficult time finding it:

• In stock
• At a reasonable price (My wallet cries foul at anything over $280/480 rounds)
• That'll ship to Oakland.

Too bad you missed the gun show last weekend across the bridge, I haven't been able to find gp11 anywhere cheaper than there, $36 for 60.

Is Oakland restricted? If so, I doubt you'll find anyone who will ship there. If not, Graf & Sons is reasonable. Wideners is reasonable, but they are out of stock at the moment...too bad too, my last order from them came with '91 headstamped and annealed cases.

I've got 40 rnds of GP11 for $24, and 10 boxes of Privi for $20 a box that I'm selling for a friend. I "think" there's a half dozen brown stripper clips loaded too, I'll have to look. I've been to busy to list it, and it's too much trouble to ship.

maybe not ammunition...but powder and primers can be. with the price of gp11 going up, it costs about the same to load your own 7.5 swiss with 175gr sierra match king. give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day, teach a man to reload, he will have ammo forever.

The best source is simply Switzerland, nothing inbetween and "fresh" ammo.

This is incorrect; there are no legal restrictions on shipping ammo to Oakland; individual companies may have their own policies (as I'm discovering) but I've had plenty of ammo shipped to my home in Oakland. But none of my regular sources have GP11 in the 480 round case at a reasonable price.

I was going to post a smarmy comment about how I already bought out just about every box of GP11 on the open market.

Then I saw that the thread was posted by a Mod and I decided I did not want to get crushed like a insect by the mighty banhammer, never to be seen again.

I'm going to be picking up a case of 480 or two if I can get the same year or production lot. The trick is to get it shipped here; I may have it shipped to my MIL's house in Sacramento - that's where our home range is anyway.
