I have tried it in several calibers and I haven't had any issues with it. It isn't match grade stuff but for the price, it's hard to beat. IIRC it's made by Prvi Partizan. It definitely has their brass, which is good for reloading.
ETA: I have shot Wolf Gold in .303, 7.5 Swiss, 7.62x54r and 8mm

I don't know about those calipers but I've shot the 7.5 Swiss, quality ammo, you shouldn't be disappointed, it's made by PPU and they make good stuff

Where are you buying the Wolf .303? On line or store front?

I have been rolling my own with 150g Gamking's and they seem to run true past 300 then fall off a bit compared to the 174g Matchking but the price has risen a lot.

Wolf Gold is pretty clean stuff. I have always found it at gun shows. I have never seen any 8mm, but I have bought a couple boxes of it in .303 and 7.62x54R.

The .303 worked fine in all my Enfields.

My Tikka M27 absolutely hated it, but my Tula M91 was pretty accurate. As I said, the Gold was pretty clean when I went over my rifles.

I believe that wolf gold is the exact same thing as privi 7.62x54 and s&b 7.62x54 is the same as Winchester. I have shot Winchester and privi before and found both to be extremely clean ammo (they better be at over $20 a box). I usually shoot only 40 rounds threw my hex 91/30 when I take it to the range. Last time I shot a box of Winchester and a box of yugo surplus and was shocked at how dirty the bore was compared to previous times of shooting a box of privi and winchester.

My experience with Wolf Gold for .303 174 gr was excellent. As stated earlier, it's very clean and accurate ammo, it and Prvi are some of the cleanest factory ammo I've used. I can't recall the head stamp on the cases because it was a few years ago, but it might have been Prvi brass. I wouldn't hesitate to pick some up if I saw it and needed it.

Yes, it's re-labeled Prvi ammo, which is very high-quality. Having reloaded both I actually prefer their brass to Norma, which seems to be more difficult to work with. Some say it lasts longer and it might, but not by enough to make it worth the hassle. Prvi Partizan's 6.5 carcano 123gr load is still the most accurate I've shot in 2 of my 6.5 carcanos and I'm still working to try and duplicate that load. Through the uglier of my 2 91/38 cavalry carbines(17" barrel) we were hitting at least 4 of 6 shots on a 12" square plate at around 450 yds. Given the lousy sights and the fact we were shooting offhand or sitting, no benchrest or other aids, that's DAMN good by just about any standard. Their ammo is clean and shoots very well, and leaves you with very high-quality brass, there is no question. The price is good too.

Prvi .303 brass is known to be one of the best brass makers out there because they actually have thick webs around the rim area. Next to HXP, Prvi is the most sought after .303 brass. S&B .303 brass on the other hand is garbage, I was getting head case separations with that brass even on the first reload! I am not alone in my experiences with S&B .303 British brass.

Remington and Win brass for .303 seem to hold up pretty well. I've got a few reloads through mine, full-length resized, and that's after my dad reloaded them a few times for his enfield that he got rid of. Don't think I have any S&B, and that's just fine. Actually had a bunch of Norma brass for the 6.5 jap that was a hassle to resize and got a lot of split cases. These were once-fired too, albeit very old, but man, kind of a bummer. I really do like pretty much everything Prvi makes, quality stuff and you can't help but appreciate the fact that they started making all the weird crap we used to pay tons of money for...
