I'm planning on doing a ppt for a C&R longgun. Any place near Norwalk that will honor my 03 and COE and exempt the waiting period so I don't have to make two trips?

If you have a 03 and COE, do you even have to do a PPT? Can't you just take possession and mail in the form and payment?

I believe you so. I think now it only works for out of state purchases. Am I wrong? Haven't bought in state this year.
