Romanian single shot trainer questions.

I have been on the hunt for one of these rifles for a long time to add to my Romanian collection. Between sellers not willing to ship to California, sellers who would not recognize it as a C&R and a couple that were asking more than I was willing to spend I finally found this one. This thing is massive! I had a small speed bump when the seller asked for my CFLC number but I sent him the link to the CA DOJ page where it states that C&R FFLs are exempt and he shipped it right away. Here is are my questions:

What is the official model name (I need it for the registration form)?

Has anyone seen the slings that came with these rifles? All I can find online are the ones for the M1969.

What kind of sight did yours come with?

Thanks Mustang and Saigon. Mine has the fixed sight and non adjustable trigger. Is that a K98 sight hood on yours Mustang?
