    C&R pistol shipping?

In california can C&R pistols be shipped to a FFL? Are they exempt from the drop test law? I never see C&R pistols on the forum these days, are they going extinct?

I'm pretty sure they have to go through an 01. However, the 03/ COE let's you take it home the same day. Retarded, but w/e

I believe the 03/ COE exempts you from the 1 in 30 law
March 29- April 5, 2019- The Million Mag March. Thank you, Judge Benitez and all the vendors

C&R handguns must be transferred through a CA FFL dealer.

C&R handguns are exempt from CA unsafe handgun laws and do not need to be on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale.

Having a C&R Type 03-FFL and COE will exempt you on the 10 day waiting period for C&R firearms and the 1 in 30 day wait on handguns.

Not trying to start FUD but DOJ seems to be making a lot of new "interpretations"

There is a recent C&R person who got denied on the 1/30 exemption. According to them (phone call to DOJ), unless its a PPT, 1/30 rule applies. Not sure if anyone else has been denied.

CA DOJ is now saying 1 in 30 only applies to C&R handguns.
Person that got denied was trying to do it non-C&R handguns.

In the past, it applied to all handguns. But with the new DROS system change, they implemented an underground regulation so that it only applied to C&R handguns.
