Colt SAA cylinder

Found a Colt SAA cylinder serial numbered 9524 on the side.
.44 caliber - could be .44-40 also.

If you have the revolver for this let me me know - it was sold to me as a pen holder for $20 in Ventura yesterday.

Colt used to make some SAAs with both 44 Special and 44-40 cylinders---I currently only have two SAAs in 44 Special and am happy with them the way they are…
