Well, folks, I finally decided to get my Yugoslav Mauser M24/47 blued.

I hunted around, and decided to go with Hot Flash Refinishing up in Whitmore (east of Redding).

They did an OUTSTANDING job at a fine price, and I would like to recommend them. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, other than being a happy customer. They've not seen the last of me!

They are good folks. I have sent many of my own guns as well as customer guns (when I was in the business) to Hot Flash. They are consistent. They will also polish stainless guns if you request it. I had a customer who wanted everything stainless and everything chrome-like so all his guns went to Hot Flash. He was never disappointed.
