    C&R Transfer question

So I finally received my 03FFL along with my COE. I have two questions. (1) Do you get a book on rules and regulation sent later and/or a visit from the BATFE or is it look it up your self? (I have printing some copies offline but there are many which are redundant.) (2) Can you purchase a firearm on a site like Gun broker from a non-licensed individual or must it be a 03FFL or 01FFl? (I think I already know the answer from number two but it does not hurt to ask.) I have already set myself up a three ring binder and got a helpful spread sheet from a friend. Comments are always appreciated.
    Thank you

ATF sends you a packet of forms and information. It's mailed from a different location than the license, so it can show up a couple weeks before or after you get the license in the mail.

You can buy C&R long guns off of Gunbroker from other FFLs and from unlicensed individuals and have them shipped to your door. If the seller is a California licensed dealer then you can't have it shipped to your door because they are required to DROS the firearm to you in person.

I never got my package; that's the reason I'm on Calguns all day, lol.

Sure you can. As long as that someone isn't a California licensed dealer.
