Are the magazines interchangeable? Can a .32 pistol use the .380 magazines without any modification?

My only concern would be the .380 mags being wider.

Ive seen the actual mags marked 7.65 so if they felt the need to mark them to caliber who knows? Usually the difference is slight. On the Astra A75 the mags are intended to be same for 9mm and 40 as an example.
