I was surprised by a letter I got from the ATF this week, It was my 3 year renewal application. Wow, how time flies. I filled it out and sent it back in even thou I've not bought a C&R rifle in almost two years. I was tempted to let it lapse but decided against it "just in case"
I don't think I'm going to do the mass mailing I did 3 years ago. If I find something I want I'll just send my FFL out then. There really isn't anything on the C&R market that I want that I don't already have.
One of the questions on there was "how many guns have you bought using the C&R" followed by "How many have you sold"
This forced me to bust out the ole bound book.
11 bought
4 sold
That seems like a high percentage sold but two of them I sold because they turned out to junk.
I would have thought I had bought more than 11 but since my old safe only held 10 rifles this C&R forced me to get a new Sturdy Safe
