    Bound Book question.

If you purchase a Mosin at a gunshop, not using your C&R, do you record it in your bound book? Thanks.

Yes, as I recently learned, "You don't use your license, you are licensed." Therefore any C&R you buy or sell while licensed must be recorded.

+1 on what savasyn said. You are licensed. All c& r items should go in the book when you buy or sell. better safe than sorry.
