CR Bound Book Questions

Hi all

I have two questions about recording CR purchases in my book.

1. Do I have to record a rifle into my book if the rifle is a antique?

2. When recording the person info from whom i bought the rifle from, is it alright to put there name and drivers license instead of there address?

No, you can put the name and FFL license number if they have a FFL otherwise it is name and address.

Haven't received it yet. Was going off my bound book, but I miss read the receipt and disposition section. One section states I can use the Driver licenses. Just a bone headed mistake by me.

Easy mistake, the drivers license is used for identification of the person you are selling/disposing the firearm to. Normally with the ATF when license or licensee is mentioned it is referring to a FFL.
