    Info on Reno Show

New to this, thus basic questions.
What type of show is this (size, what is there)?
Is it worth the average Joe to go? What type of hoops does an average guy need to go through if one purchases a C&R an resides in California?
Just the normal checks and shipment to a FFL?

It's BIG. Way better than local gun shows. All kinds of cool things there. It is worth the trip. Especially for first timers. No hoops to go through. And yes, FFL rules do apply.

Going to another state is an excellent way to take your new 03FFL out for some exercise! Buy as much C&R stuff as you can, drive it all home, send in proper registration forms!
You will like the Big Reno show. Two large auditoriums connected by a hallway that sells beer, people walking around with guns and ammo, girls dancing on the tables in the casino! You are not in CA anymore!!

Sorry! Thought I read you had your 03FFL. Dancing girls had me distracted!

It's a big show, with lots of collectibles.

If you don't have an 03FFL, you'll need to have it shipped to a CA dealer that can process it for you. There are a few at the show that can process it, but I don't know what their fees are and you still have the 10 day wait.
