Mosin Scout Scope Setup Question

So I want to do a scout scope set up on my Mosin. This is the scope that I am leaning towards.

What I need help with is a solid setup for the mount and rings. I have been looking and all the ones I find have horrible reviews. So what I need to know is...Have any of you done this setup and what did you use?
