On the application for a C&R they want the name and address of CLEO and for me to send them a copy.I live in an unicorperated area of San Bernardino county.Do I send the copy to my local sheriff station or to the main office in San Bernardino?

Send it to the office of your Sheriff, addressed to the Sheriff by name.

That's what worked for me.

Oh, and prepare for a 3 month wait, and look at everything you get in the mail before shredding it. I almost shredded mine thinking it was another refinance offer that was trying to look like important mail.
