    Guisan,

No weapons chambered for GP11 still in government service in Switzerland?

Time to order a few more cases then!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
      Come on...what harm??

Does the MG51 still use 7.5x55?

Maybe it is time to convert the Berdan empties to Boxer.

I have less than 2 cases left.
Only have 2 boxes of GP90 too. Cool Swiss take on 5.56mm...

.284 brass and M72 match bullets for me. I use IMR4320 with great results.

Why not just use the Prvi 7.5x55 brass instead of converting 284 Winchester?

The MG51 is only limited in use on the Leopard tanks.

The most recent case of 7.5 I bought was stamped from 1992, I couldn't believe it. I had no idea the Swiss were making that ammo up into the 90s

When I bought my .284 brass the PP wasn't available. The .284 brass is so stout it will probably outlive me!

Is it Lapua brass? I've heard it's the best brass available.

Winchester brass. I got it on sale from Midway several years ago. Still have an unopened bag of 100 cases plus the stuff I've been reloading. I've had 7.5 Norma cases eventually fail from full length resizing by the 6th or 7th reload but these .284 cases just keep going.
