    Another C&R question?

    I'm a California Resident and has a Second Home out of State (Iowa). assuming I have all necessary FFL 03 and COE, Can I purchase Long Guns and have them shipped to my Second Home? And only do California register if and when I bring into Kali state? Thank you.

      Only if the address on your 03-FFL is in Iowa.

      If it isn't, then you can get another 03-FFL for your address in Iowa.
