    7.62x54 at PSA

PSA has tins of ammo for 76 plus shipping....shipping for 880 rounds was 30 bucks.

So around 91 shipped for 440 rounds...not great but the stuff getting harder to find and its 120 at gun shows just throwing it out there.

Nice, I hate shipping also. If it had been free shipping would wait a month a 76 a tin.

Let look at this a little closer...
          gas 10 dollars
          bridge 5 dollars
          parking 8 dollars
          show ticket 10 dollars
you are still paying the shipping one way or another!

I just recently bought some yugo from Royal Tiger, it's got steel in it. Desert ammo. I'm glad I only bought one can.

yugo 7.62x54 is pretty much non steel core go on the mosin forums. maybe there was some batches there steelcore. but from i read yugo is not steel core.

i cant say much about 7.62x39.

Brass-cased Albanian heavy ball is lead core as well. Haven't seen any of THAT around in almost ten years, though.
