    C&R Question

I have a chance to buy a marlin model 90 12ga ou from a family friend. He also has a Yugo m48 and Czech vz24 both 8mm. He wants to sell them to me as a whole lot. I'm only interested in the shotgun. My question is if I buy the whole lot can I just turn around and sell the 2 8mm's as C&R?

I am not a prohibited person, I'm just trying to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

both should be C&R cash and Cary before 2014. they both should be over 50 years old and qualify C&R.

Yes they are all over 50 years old and qualify as C&R. What I'm asking is are there any restrictions that would stop me from purchasing them and turning around and selling them?

No you can resell there is no reporting requirement so don't post about it on here again. Lots of people would like to buy them after you get them and you can ship anywhere in ca to ca resident. No ffl involved.

If you do it, do it quickly....the law changes on January 1st, 2014. After that date ANY transfer will have to be through an 01 FFL and DROS fees, 10 day wait and Safety Test will apply.
