    Price check

A friend of mine has a few rifles that he is thinking of letting go.
What would be a good price to offer.

    1. FN commercial Mauser in a 30-06 ,stock looks like it has been redone, id rate it at 85 %.

    2. Remington model 81 in a 300 savage, All original looks to be in 85-90%

    3. Winchester model 12 , 12ga , receiver shows worn blueing, barrel blueing a little better. all orig. no rust

Maybe worth picking up if the price is right.........
Any help would be greatly appreciated......

we need to know more details than that

    namely numbers, markings, and configurations

    Pictures are a huge bonus.
Course, there is no real substitute for sure appraisal without having to see the piece in person.

      The model 81 has a ser# of 393xxx i'd say closer to 90%.
The model 12 he said was from 1920's or older, it has a 28 or 30 in barrel fixed full. forestock looks ribbed.
Don't know much more about the mauser other than whats posted

I've seen a Mod. 12 in riot configuration with a cutts compensator go for $500... and other variations go up as high as $1500

You really need to get photos

Try looking on GunBroker and see what they are going for on there.
