      If you got the rifle at the right price, I would pick up that Ebay stock. Even if it's not 100% correct (I don't have any of my reference books on Japanese rifles handy, so will defer to Vlad on this), nice Japanese stocks that haven't been dicked with are not easy to find. The rifle would look a lot better in that stock than in that cut up one, and if you ever did come across the correct stock - either loose or on a mismatched and/or ground rifle, you would always re-sell this stock....or find another butchered rifle to stick it on so it would at least be in Ww2 configuration.

        Yea, that stock is probably as close as you are going to get. Unless you want to wait a real long time or get lottery odds lucky
