2014 c&r changes

Hi,

Quick question regarding ffl03. I have the 03, and on Jan 1st 2014, can I still purchase c&r long gun out of state and ship it to my home address? I believe we will still be able to buy from out of state, but I am not sure the legality of importing the gun back into the state.

Can i buy a c&r long gun at a gun show in Nevada, pack it up and ship it back to myself? Thanks.

I believe you can import or bring it in yourself and then register it but my understanding is not through the mail without a COE. Then again if it is to yourself It may be ok. So yes you can still buy out of state and personally bring it back with you but I don't know about shipping to yourself without the COE. Not much help but I tried. Wait for the smarter of the bunch.
