    Thinking about selling 1958 SKS

I have a 1958 Chinese SKS Jianshe Arsenal 26 that I've been kicking around the idea about selling. Not all matching numbers. Just not sure how much I should list it for.

I got mine for... $350 from my LGS.

That said, I think $250-350 is good. $400 sounds like it's starting to get too high for me
March 29- April 5, 2019- The Million Mag March. Thank you, Judge Benitez and all the vendors

        350
250 way too cheap, youd have to be cr and by by min 20 rifles bulk discount and and by that's 269 before shipping

$300 C&C before the end of the year would get you a quick sale. The stock looks like it is in good shape except that it has been sanded.

Thanks for the info and yes the stock was sanded down to remove all the stains and years of gunk, then coated with wax.

I know the surplus SKS rifles have beat up stocks, but I would advise against sanding them in the future. Much of the gunk can be removed with mineral spirits and heat.

If I would have done a little more research, I most likely could have found this out. Moving forward, on all future projects requiring stock refurbishing I will use alternative methods to sanding such as the mineral spirits and heat method.
