    My K31 multiplied.

Wait, what the heck, it's a walnut with some stripping. Someone must have been getting around.

I didn't clean it up for this photo but it's pretty clean already.

    k31 by Glamisduner, on Flickr

Picked it up before the deadline, paid too much. Buyers remorse but whatever, it would cost at least an extra $100 next year anyways, and then it would be registered 10 day wait etc. All matching, has a Refurbishment mark BE instead of the date on the tang, Also has a P mark near the proof marks around the barrel. I think that means it was military rifle that was given to a civilian?

Looks like a field humidor. The Swiss think of everything.

That's a really good looking rifle, nice catch.

It seems to be pointed in the same direction as the barrel. Maybe it has something to do with it?

It could be a spare barrel then? Too bad none of the rifles I own have spare barrels. No wonder my rifles are not sub MOA rifles becuase the barrels are worn and not spare like the OP's top rifle.

That would be an eye Adapter

So far I like it, matches the rifle well. Might have to swap it to see what the bottom rifle can do. Hard to shoot MOA with stock K31 sights when the front sight blocks out the whole target, I think my eyes are getting older but I find I prefer peep Sights for irons.

It's an alright setup, although I'm skeptical about the 22 rifle style mount for the scope it is completely removable though. Need to get back out to the range for more testing. It is only a 4x fixed magnification scope.

There is no need to be skeptical as there are thousands of mounts like that around with satisfied K31 shooters allover the world.
A fix 3 or 4x scope is a good choice for this setup.

My clamp on holds zero fine. I have a Simmons prosport 4-12 on mine though.
