I've been offered a large ring hammer broom handle with a low antique serial number (13,3xx) which I believe makes this federally a non firearm.
7.63 cal, 10 shot with 500m rear sight and a non matching shoulder stock.
Condition is good; finish is lightly speckled throughout and thin in spots but has original blue, bore is shiny and good. Pistol functions perfectly.
I believe these pre 1899 broomhandles are rare especially large rings but it also would seem to be a unique beast in California especially; a semi auto pistol with shoulder stock which is not captured by nfa rules and any assault weapon bans etc..?
Are my assumptions correct, and if so what would be the value of something like this?
Any assistance is appreciated.
