    Broomhandle Mauser price check

Condition is good; finish is lightly speckled throughout and thin in spots but has original blue, bore is shiny and good. Pistol functions perfectly.

I believe these pre 1899 broomhandles are rare especially large rings but it also would seem to be a unique beast in California especially; a semi auto pistol with shoulder stock which is not captured by nfa rules and any assault weapon bans etc..?

Are my assumptions correct, and if so what would be the value of something like this?

    Any assistance is appreciated.

Last I checked, the shoulder stocks were still illegal here in California. I don't believe that there is an exception for age, or the fact that it is a non-firearm. It still fails the assault weapon flow sheet. The ATF has no problem with it. It is the state. Those early models are usually expensive. In the $2500 and up range for a shooter. More for a collector's piece.
