    styer manliccher

    Hi guys,

I am in las vegas picking up my tokarev and cz 50. I have seen a styer mancliccher (hope I am spelling it right) in very nice condition with bayonet for 199. Store guy didn't want to go down even a dollar.

Is it over priced? If not what should I look for.

Please advice. I am leaving vegas tomorrow morning.

    Thanks

If it's the carbine version they are terribly common. Shotgun News vendors have them for $99.00

I got a super clean one from big 5 for 79.00. that was a few years ago. Nazi maker stripper clips were going for $5. Ammo is expensive and hard to find

pay what it costs to get what you want. if you can hold and see it that is much better than taking a chance on mail order.
i just bought one and love it. i would have paid that price to take that beauty home.to some of us price is not everything.most of the time the price difference is only 50 bucks or so. i paid 200 and it came with 80 rounds of ammo PP.very few of my rifles were great deals price wise, but everyone is a very nice example of that type of rifle.

if it's a nice example and you like it, buy it! while you may be able to find tons of these things, they may not be very nice, or come with a bayonet, or whatever. see it, like it, buy it.

myself condition is the most important thing. we all like to save money .if a gun is in very nice condition and you want one pay the little extra and take it home. Any gun you want and is under 250 bucks is a bargain in life.i paid 150 for one of the T-53s ,yes you can get one cheaper. the one i have has a very nice bore. the metal and bluing are also very nice. the wood was good enough for what it is. no cracks or chunks missing. i also got to inspect 2 of them and pick the one i wanted. another nice thing about cash and carry is no fees at all.
