need help identifying 2 rifles

My buddy just inherited 2 flintlock rifles. He hasn't gotten back to me with details on the markings, but I thinking maybe someone here would be familiar with these. I've attached a crappy phone-cam pic.

Yes, there's two of them. Neither one is a flintlock.

If it's any consolation the one on the left looks like it was converted from a flintlock. The one on the right looks like a hodge-podge of parts from different guns.
They are both "percussion."

my buddy says the one on the right is a 1862 Peabody

That's a Peabody with a cut-down stock.

Not sure about the percussion rifle.

Is the Peabody rifled, or a smooth bore?
There's a lot of history with that one.

Emdawg is correct. That is a cut down Peabody. It was made between 1866-1871. The other rifle, a converted flintlock rifle, is one I'd like to see more photos of. Also, can you see any markings on the flintlock?
