    New HRA's from CMP

    These arrived today

    Finish is near perfect nice rifle cept for that butt ugly stock

    Shows much more finish wear that the 4.7 mil.




    Overall happy with both, was hoping for at least one correct stock.

      Look great! I don't think the top one is ugly at all! But seeing as you do I feel compelled to let you know I run a Garand foster home. So I'll come pick that one up from you shortly.

              Is the new CMP stock birch or walnut? Looks more like birch in the pics, but I thought they were using walnut for the service grades.

                Stock looks good. Not every rifle looks like a collectable after all. But the wear looks authentic and it is attractive to me.

                How long were you waiting for your rifles?
