    CMP order help!!

so, i am in the process of sending in my first order with the CMP for a HRA service grade garand and i had a few questions that can hopefully be answered here..

first, for my proof of marksmanship my RSO and myself were unsure how to fill the form out.. was this filled out properly? do i need a stamp or some type from his range? want sort of verification do they need for this form?? is my name suppose to be in the top box and the RSO signs puts his title and date on the bottom?????

second, is this form notarized properly?? i really dont want to get my order delayed or denied because a poor notary..

any help ASAP will be awesome so i can get my garand before obama says i cant have it anymore!!

    thanks in advance!

The proof of marksmanship form that you have looks like it is filled out the way I had mine done (and it was sufficient for CMP purposes). As for the notary page, I don't know enough about that, however as long as you took it to a notary, which it looks like you did from the stamps that are on there, it should be fine I would think. Wait for someone else to chime in here, but I would say you are good to go.

You are GTG my friend. Send it off quick before BHO signs an EO banning the sale by CMP.

Send it now and then email the club membership stuff when you get it.

Print the copy of the receipt and send it along with the order. If you signed up with GCA they will send your membership info to CMP (or at least they used to).

Unless you have a run in with LE in the past or have a name similar to a felon/bad guy, you will clear NICS check.

              Sent it NOW.

Just making sure. When you send in to order another rifle, you do not need to resend the birth certificate and other documents within the three years right?

Unless you've moved you won't even have to get that page notarized within that three year window. Usually you'll need new club membership though if the old one has expired.

Your citizenship does not expire only your club (unless you are military affiliated) and notary expires.
