    can you tell me what the markings mean on my mosin.

      With the extra serial number on the side you might have an ex sniper. (serial number of the scope)
      Open the bolt and look at the inside side of the receiver for plugged holes.

      The boxes with a line are refurbishment marks

        Agreed with Chaos, seems as though you may have an ex sniper in your hands.

        Did you refinish that stock? Or like that when you purchased it?

            43 Izhevsk ex-sniper, probably refurbished multiple times, that has had it's value dramatically reduced by the loss of it's correct, original finish.
