I picked up a CZ 52 last Christmas and had the same concern over 7.62x25. I got some new manufacture by Sellier & Bellot, and I think Winchester makes some too, but it isn't cheap like the surplus that was around. It runs a bit more than 9mm, but I figure it's worth it since my pistol is fun and it's bark draws a lot of attention.

I got some nice wood grips from Marschal Grips. I don't know if his Tokarev grips would be a upgrade in terms of hanging on, but they sure look nice.

I added some polish officers grips to one of my rommys and the polish. They look like the original polish but have a thumb rest on the left grip. I like the way they feel and make it a little better with the thin grip on these. I have been told they are kinda tough to find but if you can its a nice upgrade.

The Marschal grips here come as a wrap around that seems to increase the grip area and one version has finger ridges on the front. I imagine they would feel much better than the original grips.
