For the section that asks you about addresses how do I add more than two? Do I just go into another row write my name and everything and then other addresses?

Also do I put all addresses even if I never did a change of address or anything like that?

You're FFL can only have two addresses associated with it. The first is the premises address, where you keep your collection and bound book. The second is optional and is your mailing address, where you want ATF to mail stuff to you.

If you want a second premises address then you would need to apply for a separate FFL at that address. You can have multiple FFLs.

I am sorry I should have been clearer. I am refering to Part/Section 9 where it asks all previous home addresses. I have had more than are able to fit there so do I just add a random seperate sheet? Move to another row and just add the addresses or is there a specific sheet I need?

"9. Provide the Information Required for Each Individual Owner, Partner, and Other Responsible Person in the Business (Including the individual named in item #1). See Definition #7 for Responsible Persons. If a Female, List Any Given, Married, and Maiden Names, e.g., "Mary Alice (Smith) Jones," Not "Mrs. John Jones." (If additional space is needed, use a separate sheet.) Each Responsible Person Must Complete All Information in this Section."

List them on a separate page; and put see addenda in section 9.
On the separate page, title it: Addendum to item 9.
Also put your full name and SSN.

In the section the OP stated, it has "Position and SSN." What do I put for position? I'm an individual, so just leave it blank?

Also at the end where it has you sign your name, Title, and date, what do I put for "title," or do I leave that blank as well?

i put N/A and it was fine and got my license with no hold ups-others say to put collector.but i did put my ssn in the ssn box.
