1988 to 1992, they then became Arlington Ordnance.

Blue Sky imported the returns of M-1 Garands and M-1 Carbines from Korea. Most landed on the shelves for sale in the same condition that they left Korea, some of them in pretty sad shape. Some of the repairs the Koreans did, are questionable to say the least, so buyer beware.
The early ones had very light import markings on the barrel. The ATF jumped their butts about it, so some of the later ones look like the stamps were applied with a 20lb sledgehammer. A couple I've seen actually had the barrels distorted.

Arlington Ordnance, or at least the ones I've seen, seem to be of much higher quality, and show signs that they were put together with all the parts being checked well, for being in spec. I picked up one that they converted a 1942 Springfield action, to 7.62 NATO, with a new barrel, reworked op rod, and the magazine spacer. Superb shooter that functions without a flaw.
