    Who has their COE?

If you have your COE please tell me about the process and how long it took.
    Thanks

Pretty painless. Get livescan fingerprints and send a check. Took less than two weeks.

Maybe a dumb question, perhaps not, I'm a believer there's no such thing as a dumb question.

Here goes, on the Live Scan paperwork, there's a line with the intials SOC that your supposed to fill in.

I'm drawing a blank, what does this stand for, it's right under the birth place line.

I don't want to leave any stones unturned by incomplete paperwork.

      Thanks

If AB2062 passes we may all need to register C&R + COE for this, just so we can buy ammo. I Cowboy shoot and AB2062 will pretty much kill the sport in this state.
