    Hey Fellas

I thought this would be the proper place to ask A question

Any Problem with Selling A Enfield No4 Mk I to A C&R holder In California?

I hate to see the or some bigger places lock out of selling to your state on there own doing.

    Thanks Much!

Limit politicians to two terms. One in office and one in jail.

Beware of people who are certain they are right. That certainty allows them to justify almost any act in pursuit of their goals. ( Jack campbell , Guardian)

No I'm not. Have Some Family there But they Are not The C&R type. But I do A lot of reading here and enjoy the site.

I know a lot of out fits and sales say NO to California In across the board sales, Which I think is just wrong.

I wanted to make sure that there was not something with the 10 round magazine in your laws on the Enfield.

      Thanks for the Information!

Dennis Kroh of Empire Arms did a pretty good overview from the perspective of a dealer selling C&Rs into CA.

Keep in mind this all changes Jan 1.

For the "No sales to CA" Gunbroker folks, I think they fall in a few camps:

-Those that just don't care enough to find out the law.

-Those that know a little bit, primarily 01 FFLs and California Firearms Licensee Check System (CFLC). CFLC only deals with transactions between 01 FFLs, 03 FFL and individuals are excluded. I actually had a FFL in Washington tell me he wouldn't deal with CFLC because he didn't want the state of CA to know who he is.

-Those that think they are somehow punishing Californians for voting in anti-gun nutbags.

        -Morons.

Your sale is perfectly legal. Thank you for supporting us behind enemy lines. We have a long road ahead of us with no end in sight.
