    Yugo Mauser Accuracy.

So I finally got my M48 from Wideners and I have tried a few different loads through it. It seems to shoot pretty well but the best groups I have gotten so far are 1-1/2 inches at 50yds. I know it can do better than that and I still need to work my loads up and practice some more. But what is a god respectable group with one of these using tailored reloads? I assume 1inch at 100 yards is about the best it's going to get?

(I will be doing a full review with pics and all at some point, I just want to get it squared away first)

2" t 100 is about average if you have good eyes, better to replace front sight with a square post from brownell's and have it fitted/milled down to correct height.

I am considering an M48 from Wideners, so it would be great to see pictures of the one you got. How was the bore? Numbers matching?

I have a yugo 24/47 and it all ways shoots about 1 1/2 - 2 inches high at 100 yards. Pretty common for yugo mausers
