    Springfield 1903 at Turner's Reseda

If anyone is interested - they have two very clean ones, for (if I heard correctly) $800 each.
"There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket."

Excerpt from a speech delivered in 1933, by Major General Smedley Butler, USMC.

I was in there when a fella dropped one off a week or two ago. He said he had a large collection of Springfields his wife was making him dispose of. I guess he's parsing them out to get better prices. Keep your eye on that Turners if you're at all interested.

I saw those too, and a 1917 Eddystone 30-06 revolver.

Ah the elusive "Gewehrpistole". The Reichs last-ditch effort to overcome the wood shortage suffered toward the end of the war.

I know I'm gonna get got, but I'm going to get mine more than I get got though.
